1. Change-of-mind refund window
This window applies to your first payment. You can request a full refund within 7 days of successful payment, without giving a reason. This applies to monthly and annual plans. Eligibility is based on when you send your request.
Renewal payments are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. The first payment is also outside this voluntary window after 7 days.
This change-of-mind policy does not restrict other rights relating to faulty products, duplicate or unauthorized charges, undelivered services, or applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@thinkdeepwide.com with “ThinkDeepWide refund” in the subject and include your purchase email, order number, and payment date. A change-of-mind refund does not require usage logs, screenshots, or a reason. If we need to verify the order, we will request only necessary information, never full card details or a login code.
We will review the request and reply with the outcome. Refunds return through the original payment method; settlement timing depends on the payment provider and bank. For Lemon Squeezy orders, a refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
3. Manual renewal and refunds
Both monthly and annual plans renew manually, with no automatic charges. Choosing not to renew does not refund an existing payment. To request a refund, follow the steps above.
When a purchased period is fully refunded, its paid authorization ends. This does not erase chat or project files on your computer. For partial refunds, if applicable, we will clarify remaining access separately.
4. Statutory rights and payment disputes
Refunds, repairs, compensation, or other remedies required by applicable law are not limited to the change-of-mind window. For example, rights under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable, cannot be excluded by this policy. Contact support@thinkdeepwide.com about product or service issues.
For orders it processes as merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds independently under its refund and chargeback rules. This policy does not limit its authority or your legal right to contact your payment provider.
5. Current sales status
This policy is provided by PENGQIAN LU in Sydney, Australia. Purchasing is not open yet; there is no active checkout or automatic renewal on this website. These refund rules apply to ThinkDeepWide subscriptions when purchasing opens. See Pricing for amounts and current availability.
6. Alipay refund supplement (not yet available)
Alipay automatic renewal is not available yet. After launch and your active subscription authorization, this supplement applies to Alipay payments processed through Stripe. See the Alipay automatic-renewal supplement for subscription and existing-order arrangements. After-sales rights for completed one-time purchases are preserved.
A full refund may be requested without a reason within 7 days of the first successful payment, for either monthly or annual billing, based on when you send the request. Renewals and first payments after that window do not receive an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund. Unused time is not routinely prorated solely because you cancel. These limits do not restrict remedies for faulty or undelivered services, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or remedies required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Email support@thinkdeepwide.com with your purchase email, order reference and payment date. We will verify the order and investigate and respond within 7 business days with an outcome or concrete next steps. We will never request passwords, login codes or full payment credentials. Alipay refunds will use the payment provider's supported refund process against the original transaction, not a separate bank transfer or account credit. Arrival time depends on the payment provider.
After cancellation, unrefunded paid access continues until its expiry. A full refund withdraws the period supplied by that payment and stops related future renewals; it does not remove other valid paid periods or delete local conversations or project files. Lemon Squeezy merchant and refund rules apply only to orders it processes, not these Stripe Alipay orders. Your legal right to dispute a payment or seek a remedy from your payment provider is preserved.
